- Surgical & Diagnostic Limitations: Escalate suspected malignant or complex atypical lesions (e.g., advanced melanoma or basal cell carcinoma requiring deep surgical margins) to a Consultant Dermatologist or plastic surgeon.Complication Management: Immediately invoke emergency protocols and escalate any sub-surface clinical anomalies, unexpected tissue necrosis, or severe drug eruptions to the Lead Consultant Dermatologist or Medical Director.
