Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to oversee and lead our ABA clinical services. This is a senior leadership role requiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and the highest standards of care for the children and families we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery and quality of all ABA clinical services
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff including BCBAs and behavior technicians
- Ensure clinical programming is evidence-based, individualized, and outcome-driven
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards
- Lead staff training, professional development, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with operations, billing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Serve as the primary clinical resource and point of escalation for complex cases
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee record-keeping standards
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Significant experience in ABA clinical services required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD
