Accountabilities:

  • Monitor, triage, and assign incoming tickets and emails in tracking systems such as Jira to the appropriate team members
  • Respond to general inquiries from clinical sites, sponsors, and internal stakeholders regarding payment status, remittances, and system access
  • Prepare and distribute payment confirmations and remittance documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update trackers, logs, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping of all payment-related activities
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations within the Clinical Payments team, ensuring workflow consistency and organization
  • Assist in system migration and study reconciliation activities by preparing data, maintaining checklists, and supporting structured execution tasks
  • Track outstanding actions, follow-ups, and communications during migration or reconciliation processes
  • Escalate discrepancies, risks, or unresolved issues to senior team members for review and resolution
  • Requirements:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
    • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira is an advantage
    • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or a related field
    • No prior industry experience required; internships or administrative experience considered a plus
    • Interest in clinical research, healthcare operations, or financial processes
