Job Title: Cloud Solutions Administrator
Location: National Harbor, MD (Hybrid)
Type: Full Time
Compensation: $65,000 to $100,000 subject to experience, Annually + Bonus Opportunities
Responsibilities

Deploy and maintain resources in Microsoft Azure.

Work with cross-functional teams to support efforts in identifying requirements, designing, and implementing solutions that meet client needs.

Troubleshoot issues related to Azure services and provide timely resolutions.

Monitor the performance and availability of Azure services and take proactive measures to ensure high availability and performance.

Manage access and permissions to Azure resources and services.

Assist with ensuring that Azure solutions are secure, compliant with industry standards, and follow best practices.

Develop and maintain documentation for Azure solutions.

Work with development teams to support the use of our genAI application, nebulaONE.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features and updates and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in maintaining and interacting with resources in Microsoft Azure.

Experience managing Windows AD, Entra ID, Office 365, and Exchange Online.

Experience with PowerShell.

Fundamental understanding of cloud computing principles.

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights.

Awareness of security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HIPAA.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Familiarity with Azure CLI or ARM templates.

Experience managing Identity and Access Management services, such as Privileged Identity Management, Conditional Access, and Azure MFA.

Experience with Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Networks, and App Services.

Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104).
