- Lead and inspire our Food & Beverage and Culinary teams of Novotel and ibis Styles Manila Araneta City to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
- Drive revenue growth through strategic management of restaurants, bars, banquets and other outlets
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety and hygiene across all Food and Beverage & Culinary operations
- Collaborate with the culinary teams to create innovative menus and promote culinary excellence
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports and implement initiatives to optimize profitability
- Foster a positive, motivated and guest focused work environment
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- With at least 8–10 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury or upscale hotels
- With previous experience in the same capacity or Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage
- With knowledge of restaurant operations, banquet management, culinary operations and beverage programs
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hospitality regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
