Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and document vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Help with patient mobility including transfers and positioning.
• Maintain clean and safe patient environments, adhering strictly to infection control standards.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a caring community.
• Participate in continuous learning to enhance your skills and patient care knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; successful completion of an accredited CNA training program.
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a heartfelt approach to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols.
