Position Title: CNO Analyst/Programmer Level 1

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Salary Range: $135k-150k annually

Salary ranges are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to:

Education/Certifications Program placement

Location: Annapolis Junction

Role/Responsibilities:

  • Provides custom software design and development of CNO tools and techniques.
  • Designs and develops end-to-end data flow and tasking into CNO tools developed.
  • Provides/authors documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews in accordance with the Government's software development procedures and processes.
  • The Level 1 CNO Analyst/Programmer shall possess the following capabilities: Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
  • Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments; UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments; or, Embedded or mobile platform development using proprietary, GOTS, or open source build environments.
  • Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.

Education & Related Experience:

Bachelor's degree or experience must be in computer science, information systems, or network engineering. Required experience, a Masters and two years; a Bachelors and four years; High school Diploma and 8 years.

OVERTIME STATEMENT:

40 hours is the standard workweek. Some programs may allow additional hours to be worked as needed. A limited number of programs have on-call requirements where compensation is provided for being engaged to wait. In all circumstances, technical employees will be paid for all time worked.

BONUS STATEMENT:
All billable employees are eligible to earn quarterly bonuses that are based on the number of hours worked for that period. This hourly requirement is roughly 92% of hours available to bill in a given quarter. Quarterly Hours Bonuses are paid out on the same payroll as the time worked in that prior quarter (typically 21 days after the quarter ends.)
