Weather Shield Roofing Systems is continuing to grow, and we are excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Commercial Roofing Foreman in our Nashville market.

This role is ideal for a proven leader who is passionate about commercial roofing, committed to safety, and ready to take ownership of projects while developing team members around them. The Foreman plays a critical role in delivering quality work, maintaining customer satisfaction, and helping our teams succeed.

What You'll Do

Lead commercial roofing crews on repairs, maintenance, and reroofing projects
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Weather Shield standards
Conduct roof inspections and assessments
Identify repair needs and develop practical solutions
Communicate professionally with customers, crew members, and internal teams
Maintain accurate documentation and project records
Support production goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Work closely with Sales and Production teams to ensure project success

What We're Looking For

Required

3–5 years of commercial roofing experience
Previous leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related products
Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive results
Strong communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred

Experience performing roof inspections and assessments
Estimating experience
Experience working across multiple commercial roofing systems
