To prepare, cook and serve food, while maintaining the highest possible quality and meeting agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef. Able to take the lead on a station as well as educate and guide junior chefs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher certification in culinary arts preferred.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Able to cook and lift heavy items.
