Responsibilities

  • Orient incoming guests and pioneers; maintain arrivals logistics and room assignments

  • Own the booking system for short-term rooms — intake, scheduling, invoicing, and handoffs

  • Plan and execute community events: guest speaker series, resident socials, and ad hoc programming

  • Manage the onsite food program, meal plans, pop ups

  • Design and maintain common areas, including furniture procurement and layout

  • Serve as the connective tissue between onsite companies and campus operations; surface resident needs and feedback

  • Collaborate with construction and leadership on future housing and amenity buildout: scope resident needs, review plans, flag gaps

  • Maintain campus vendor relationships (cleaning, supplies, F&B, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Track record planning events end-to-end

  • Comfort with F&B program management

  • Strong design sensibility for physical spaces

  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Calm under ambiguity; proactive bias

  • Willingness to relocate to the Lockhart Area
