Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents, students, and visitors on campus.
- Greet and interact with parents and children to ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
- Lead campus tours, providing detailed information about the school's facilities, culture, programs, and offerings.
- Advise prospective parents and students by understanding their needs and responding to their questions effectively.
- Foster and maintain a strong school community through positive engagement and interaction initiatives.
- Ensure a warm, approachable, and supportive environment for families and visitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth visitor and admissions experience.
- Represent the school with professionalism, maintaining high standards of communication and presentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Preferred bachelor's degree in BBA, Hospitality, Management, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident demeanor.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, with a strong customer and community-oriented approach.
- Comfortable engaging with children, parents, and a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities are an advantage.
Preferred Profile
- Recent graduates from BBA, Hospitality, or similar areas of study.
- Individuals with a friendly personality, positive mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front office, admissions, or relationship management is beneficial.
