Job responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits across business units.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to management and staff.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics and ethical business practices.

• Investigate and resolve compliance issues, reporting findings and recommendations to senior management.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as required.

• Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation in a timely manner.

• Support the development of a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional compliance certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a compliance role, preferably within the technology or asset management sector.

• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• High ethical standards and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
