The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing compliance activities across the organization, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, licensing conditions, and internal policies. What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee compliance audits and regulatory reviews.

  • Oversee regulatory reporting, license renewals, and statutory submissions.
  • Support Board and senior management with compliance reporting and governance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and information governance requirements.
  • Support corporate social responsibility, employment equity, and transformation initiatives where applicable.
  • Identify compliance risks and drive corrective actions.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in a compliance or risk management role within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance principles.
  • Experience managing audits, compliance programs, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
