A Strategic & Impactful Role

This position is a key pillar for Kolo DC’s growth and integrity: compliance is not only a commercial enabler, but also a foundation of our credibility. It underpins the trust of our existing customers, reinforces our reputation in the market, and ensures we operate responsibly within the broader ecosystem in which we evolve.

As a Compliance & Security Manager, your role is twofold:

• Expertise & Ownership: You act as the owner of Kolo’s compliance and security posture, ensuring we meet the highest standards expected by the market, clients, leadership and investors.
• Enablement & Transformation: You act as a catalyst for a strong security and compliance culture across the company. Beyond awareness, you embed best practices into daily operations, support teams through change and ensure that security becomes a shared responsibility.

Your Responsibilities :

Governance & Certifications

• Lead the GRC framework.
• Maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 certifications, including internal & external audits.
• Drive ISO 50001 implementation (energy) by end of 2027.

International Harmonization

• Align processes across multiple countries.
• Adapt to different local cultures and practices to build a unified platform.

Business & Sales Support

• Support RFPs and respond to security questionnaires.
• Act as a trusted expert in client-facing discussions.

Compliance & Reporting

• Oversee compliance frameworks (KYC, whistleblowing).
• Contribute to ESG reporting for investors.

Security Culture & Awareness

• Deploy training programs via LMS.
• Promote security awareness across the organization.

Your Profile :

• Master’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Compliance.
• 5–8 years of experience in GRC / Information Security.
• Experience in critical infrastructure environments (data centers, cloud) is a strong plus.
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable building processes in a fast-paced environment.
• A high level of English proficiency is required.
