Primary Responsibilities
Assist homeowners with accessing and submitting warranty tickets through the company system
Record and maintain detailed warranty notes provided by the construction team
Support coordination and scheduling of warranty-related work with internal teams and trade partners
Maintain and distribute weekly warranty reports to ensure visibility and timely follow-up
Monitor open warranty items, follow up on outstanding work, and escalate delays as needed
Serve as a liaison between construction teams, trade partners, and homeowners to provide updates and ensure timely completion of work
Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule warranty repairs and confirm availability
Coordinate utility setup (water and power) for homes under construction
Schedule and reschedule municipal and third-party inspections as needed
Enter and track EPOs (Extra Purchase Orders) for field approvals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within internal systems, ensuring all activities are properly recorded
Assist with tracking job progress and supporting alignment of schedules, approvals, and inspections with project timelines
Provide professional and timely communication to support a positive customer experience
Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in residential construction, warranty coordination, or administrative support preferred
Familiarity with construction software and processes a plus
Ability to read and analyze construction documents and knowledge of building codes and methods.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple homes under construction simultaneously.
Ability to interact with team members in a socially acceptable manner daily.
Must be willing to participate in company cultural events either in house or offsite.
Must be willing to participate in one-on-one meetings with direct supervisor to keep them informed of professional needs and life events.
Ability to maintain confidential and proprietary information.
Ability to work independently, think critically, and exercise delegated decision making.
Proactive-anticipates needs and takes action.
Knowledge of Orlando subcontractor base.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
