Essential Functions:

  • Attend turn-over meetings and understand in detail the scope of each job
  • Create billing breakdown for each job
  • Complete submittals
  • Complete plan fabrication
  • Handle and plan for all material and equipment for a job in coordination with the Warehouse Manager and Heavy Equipment Manager
  • Request buy pricing from vendors, select vendors, and order materials
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, including project timelines, costs, and safety compliance
  • Schedule company resources which includes: manpower, equipment, tools, and materials
  • Manage the construction schedule for all jobs
  • Coordinate with any other trades on the job
  • Manage change orders and RFIs
  • Investigate and handle any issues that arise through to resolution



Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years construction project management experience; mechanical/plumbing industry experience preferred
  • Professional demeanor with integrity, accountability, and pride in work
  • Strong teamwork skills and respect for project and organizational leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong math ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan strategically, organize resources, and deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Skilled at problem-solving, analyzing issues, and making sound, fiscally responsible decisions
  • Comfortable working under pressure and with diverse groups (engineers, architects, subcontractors, inspectors)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
