Role Summary:
We’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager / Superintendent to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role combines field leadership, schedule and budget ownership, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Own project schedules, budget tracking, cost control, and change order management.
- Conduct and enforce site safety programs and regular safety inspections.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and city/agency inspectors.
- Lead project kickoff, weekly progress meetings, and client communications.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation using Projul.
- Mentor onsite foremen and staff; drive continuous improvement and quality control.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years construction experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Proven track record managing commercial or multifamily projects in the Seattle/PNW market.
- Strong scheduling and budget-management skills.
- Proficient with Projul (construction scheduling/documentation).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, LEED or sustainable construction experience.
- Trade background or additional construction certifications.
