Your New Role

• Manage commercial construction and renovation projects throughout Louisville, KY

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation

• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project milestones

• Monitor job site progress and help address field-related challenges

• Promote safe work practices and quality standards on all projects

• Communicate project updates with clients, stakeholders, and company leadership

• Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, reports, and change orders

• Utilize construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, or similar platforms for project tracking and documentation

• Support successful project completion while maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management or a related role

• Knowledge of commercial construction practices, renovations, and tenant improvement projects

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, or similar platforms preferred

• OSHA certification or other construction safety training preferred

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites as needed
