Construction Superintendent

"Essel Environmental has partnered with a ** Leading Commercial General Contractor based in the ** Sacramento area looking for an experienced ** Superintendent** with 5+ years of experience overallon Commercial, Residential, and DSA projects throughout the Northern California region.

**Job Type: Superintendent **(5+ years Exp; DSA experience preferred)

Project Types: Commercial, Rehab, DSA, Community Colleges, K-12, Residential

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.

• Utilize software such as Bluebeam, Prolog, and ProCore for project documentation and management.

• Supervise construction site activities to guarantee compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

• Read and interpret blueprints to guide construction teams effectively.

• Oversee contract administration and ensure project budgets are maintained.

• Provide leadership in project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects.

• Proficiency in Bluebeam, OSHA regulations, Prolog, ProCore, and project scheduling.

• Strong understanding of contract management and blueprint reading.

• Excellent supervisory skills to lead on-site construction teams effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
