Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Conceptualize and develop high-quality B2B marketing content, including social media posts, website content, case studies, newsletters and campaign materials
- Generate creative content ideas and concepts for product launches, company announcements, events and brand campaigns
- Use AI-powered marketing and content creation tools throughout the creative process to research, brainstorm, write, edit and optimize content
- Coordinate with designers, freelancers and external agencies to produce engaging visual and written content
- Support product launches, company announcements, events and executive thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute content strategies that strengthen RubyPlay's global brand
- Stay up to date with iGaming trends, competitor activity, social media best practices and emerging AI tools to continuously improve content quality and performance
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required
- Proven experience in B2B content marketing
- An AI-first mindset with practical experience using AI tools to create, improve and scale marketing content
- A highly creative thinker with a strong eye for quality, storytelling and innovative content ideas
- Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Exceptional written English at native or near-native level
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- Experience working with designers, freelancers and creative partners to deliver high-quality marketing content. Graphic design skills are not required
