We don’t have layers of bureaucracy or corporate fluff. Instead, we value technical craftsmanship, direct communication, and the ability to move fast. We are looking for a Content Writer who wants to own our brand voice and help us establish trust in a new, highly competitive territory.

The Opportunity

This is a " foundational" content role. You won't be inheriting a 500-page style guide; you will be the one writing it. As we seed our first 50 advocates in the US, your words will be the primary vehicle for building " trust by proxy."

You will have the unique opportunity to shape the narrative of a global brand from the ground up. You will work directly with the Head of IMC to translate complex technical concepts—like domain management and digital infrastructure—into compelling, high-trust content that resonates with a sophisticated North American audience.

Key Responsibilities

● Brand Voice Ownership: Define and maintain a consistent " boutique" tone across all US-facing channels, ensuring we sound professional, authoritative, and approachable.

● Multi-Channel Content: Create high-quality copy for our website, blog, email newsletters, and LinkedIn, specifically tailored to the US tech and domain registry niche.

● Advocate & Partner Collateral: Draft the narratives, pitch decks, and " one-pagers" used by our partner account managers to seed our brand advocates.

● SEO & Educational Content: Write clear, informative guides and articles that help users navigate the world of domains while improving our organic search footprint.

● Cross-Border Translation: Collaborate with the Singapore HQ to adapt existing Asian market successes into culturally relevant content for the US.

● Editorial Management: Own the content calendar from ideation to publishing, ensuring every piece of content serves a specific strategic goal.

Requirements

● [Mandatory] Native-level English & Mandarin proficiency, with a deep understanding of US business idioms and cultural nuances.

● 3-5 years of professional writing experience, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS, or digital infrastructure.

● A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to make " dry" or technical subjects feel engaging and trustworthy.

● [Optional] Basic understanding of SEO principles and how to write for both humans and search engines.

● [Optional] Experience working in a startup or a small, agile team is a significant plus.
