Sell ​​service contracts (preventive and corrective maintenance)

Key Responsibilities:
• Contacting customers to offer preventive maintenance and calibration contracts;
• Sending maintenance contract quotes to customers;
• Following up on submitted contracts;
• Providing customer support;
• Assisting internal sales staff with maintenance contract quote requests;
• Keeping the CRM up to date.

Qualifications

• Partial completion of a university degree;
• English proficiency;
• Microsoft Office Suite;
• Knowledge of SAP;
• Minimum of 4–5 years of experience.
