Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Corporate M&A. Additional areas of experience and expertise should include:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating M&A agreements including definitive acquisition agreements (merger, asset, stock deals) on buy and sell side; term sheets and similar; partnership/joint ventures/LLC operating agreements. Private equity experience is a plus.
- Substantial responsibility for closing M&A and related transactions.
- Conducting due diligence reviews
- Advising clients on general corporate/entity matters and business matters
