About the Role

We’re hiring a strategic and analytical Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and high-impact financial analysis across the organization.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with:

• Executive leadership
• Department heads
• Investors and banking partners
• Operations and product teams

You’ll own the company’s financial planning processes while delivering insights that drive smarter business decisions, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Own

Financial Planning & Forecasting (FP&A)

• Lead:

  • Annual budgeting
  • Quarterly forecasting
  • Rolling forecasts
  • Long-range planning

• Consolidate financial inputs across departments

• Ensure forecasts align with:

  • Growth goals
  • Operational priorities
  • Profitability targets

Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis

• Build advanced financial models including:

  • DCF valuation models
  • ROI analysis
  • IRR & NPV modeling
  • Scenario planning
  • Sensitivity analysis

• Support:

  • Pricing decisions
  • Expansion planning
  • Investment evaluations
  • Headcount planning

• Deliver actionable insights to executive leadership

Cash Flow, Treasury & Working Capital

• Monitor:

  • Cash flow
  • Liquidity
  • Burn rate
  • Working capital

• Support treasury operations and banking relationships

• Track:

  • Debt covenants
  • Financing obligations
  • Liquidity requirements

• Improve forecasting visibility and cash management processes

Executive Reporting & Dashboards

• Prepare:

  • Board presentations
  • Executive reporting packages
  • KPI dashboards
  • Monthly financial summaries

• Deliver variance analysis with:

  • Commentary
  • Business context
  • Strategic recommendations

• Translate financial data into clear operational insights

Cross-Functional Business Partnership

• Partner with:

  • Operations
  • Sales
  • Product
  • Leadership teams

• Support strategic planning initiatives and business decisions

• Align financial goals with operational execution

M&A, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

• Support:

  • M&A analysis
  • Due diligence
  • Investor reporting
  • Capital raising initiatives

• Assist leadership with:

  • Valuation analysis
  • Transaction modeling
  • Acquisition assessments

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

• Mentor and support:

  • Financial analysts
  • Junior finance staff

• Improve:

  • Reporting workflows
  • Planning cycles
  • Automation processes

• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance

What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in:

  • Corporate Finance
  • FP&A
  • Investment Banking
  • Strategic Finance

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise:

  • DCF
  • IRR
  • NPV
  • Scenario modeling
  • Forecasting

• Experience with:

  • NetSuite
  • SAP
  • Oracle
  • Other ERP systems

• Strong executive communication and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Related field

Nice to Have

• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials

• Experience supporting:

  • M&A transactions
  • Fundraising
  • Investor relations

• Familiarity with:

  • Power BI
  • Tableau
  • Looker

• SaaS, technology, or professional services experience

• Experience working in high-growth environments

• Review financial performance and forecast updates
