The Corporate Stock Coordinator provides effective customer service for all internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability to meet customer demands through coordination with production planners for product lines directed.
- Ensure the timeliness, quality, and effectiveness of all processes performed within a given area of responsibility.
- Works closely with the Sales Operations Director
- Maintain dry sprinkler open order report and manage daily requests from distribution centers
- Ensure timely responses for stock inquires to Liberty COD organization email box
- Works extensively with operations teams to resolve problems, orders, and issues to provide the best service for our customers.
- Accepts coaching and feedback and takes necessary steps to improve performance through commitment to learning and growth Updating Custom Price Book Template when needed
- Manage sample orders for Reliable Engineering Department
- Work with internal partners to ensure timely fulfillment of reselling items.
- Handle donation orders when needed
- Promote a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment, and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practices in the workplace and immediately report any unsafe conditions or practice to your supervisor
- Performs other duties as directed
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Requirements:
- Preferred Associates’ Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or related field
- 2 + years experience in Customer Service and/or Distribution
Skills:
- Knowledge of Warehouse Operations and Customer Service
- Knowledge of technical details of the company product and systems
- Demonstrates an understanding of Customer Service Procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Creates a positive atmosphere in which timely and high-quality communication flows smoothly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding organization, documentation, and customer service skills
- Strong critical thinking skills using logic and analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses
- Prioritize and complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner
