You'll design, develop, and deliver training programs at scale — onboarding waves of new hires, developing existing talent, and building curriculum that keeps pace with a company that never slows down. Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
  • Facilitate workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training to address skill gaps and promote continuous learning
  • Collaborate with department heads and HR to conduct training needs assessments
  • Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth organizational transition
  • Incorporate technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery and accessibility
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (is a bonus)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools
