Creative Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about design, content, and sustainability. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand and service are seen across digital channels through compelling storytelling, strong visual design, and clear, engaging communication. Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and brand messaging.
• Write and edit engaging content for digital channels including social media, blogs, casestudies and presentations, emphasizing clean energy, technology, and innovation
• Create eye-catching visuals using tools like Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Support consistent brand identity across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
  
• Assist with campaign materials (ads, pitch decks, case studies) that communicate impact and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to translate technical offerings into simple and appealing communication.
• Bring fresh ideas for communicating complex topics in easy-to-understand, visual ways.
• Help refine our visual language as we grow across solar, EV, and other sustainable tech sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in content or design
• Strong skills in content creation and graphic design.
• Familiarity or passion for start up, or green energy is a big plus.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe tools, with basic understanding of social media marketing.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-first culture
• Experience in a creative or marketing in Green Energy, EV, Solar Cell Business is a plus.
