Credentialing Specialist | Project-Based

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify applicant documents, including licenses, certifications, background checks, and other required credentialing records.
• Ensure submitted documentation is complete, accurate, and meets established credentialing requirements.
• Communicate with applicants to request missing or additional documentation as needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries via email and chat.
• Maintain accurate records of applicant documentation and credentialing status.
• Support the credentialing process by following established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of BPO experience
• Credentialing experience is an advantage
• Must be keen to details
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
