Are you passionate about food and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Crew at our franchise location in Dee Why, Australia. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and authentic flavours to our valued guests.

• Provide warm and friendly customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare a variety of menu items, including crafting burritos and other specialities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and a can-do attitude
• Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure during busy periods

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Basic food preparation skills and willingness to learn new techniques
• Strong team player mentality with excellent communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is advantageous
• Residence within 10km of Dee Why CBD preferred
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Passion for food and creating memorable dining experiences
