Description:

HMD Transport is currently looking for a friendly, coachable and ambitious CRM Admin to join our team based in Skopje.

Duties:

• Understand the sales operation, challenges, and objectives of the team
• Improve operation through CRM administration and consultation
• Administrate system support for the CRM
• Create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, data validation, and permissions
• Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools
• LeadGen administration via Zoominfo (workflows, salesflows)
• Communicating with technical support teams with HubSpot and ZoomInfo when needed
• LinkedIn helper admin (monitoring and utilizing sequences for the sales team)
• Looker Studio - creating and supplying reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
• Previous experience with lead generator programs (ZoomInfo preferred)
• High School Diploma or higher (Data Analyst degree is an advantage)
• Proficient English in verbal and written is a must
• Team player (work experience in remote teams is an advantage)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
