DC Thomson is looking for a CRM Specialist to help shape the customer experience across some of our leading digital subscription brands, including Stylist, The Courier and The Press & Journal.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, you'll design, build and optimise customer journeys that drive onboarding, engagement, retention and loyalty. You'll create data-driven lifecycle programmes that respond to customer behaviour and deliver the right message at the right time across email and push.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving customer problems through automation, personalisation and experimentation. You'll work with CRM platforms to build behavioural journeys, optimise onboarding experiences, reduce churn and encourage long-term engagement with our subscription products.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and optimising customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, engagement, retention and win-back programmes.
  • Confidence analysing performance, running A/B tests and using customer insights to continuously improve journeys and commercial outcomes. journey.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Iterable or similar.
  • Strong understanding of behavioural triggers, segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing.
  • Experience working with subscription, membership, media, SaaS or e-commerce products is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable using data to identify opportunities and measure incremental impact.
  • Less emphasis on promotional campaign execution; more emphasis on always-on customer journey optimisation.
