About this role

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a CT Technologist for a top ** Healthcare** client.

This technical role is responsible for the completion of all requested imaging procedures for both inpatients and outpatients across all age groups, maintaining high standards of quality and quantity. The Technologist must establish and maintain professional relationships across all departments and medical staff while demonstrating flexibility to work at the main facility or the Free Standing Emergency Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive CT and general imaging procedures to achieve all departmental standards regarding quality and quantity.
  • Provide professional imaging services to all inpatients and outpatients, accommodating the needs of all age groups.
  • Establish and maintain effective rapport and professional relationships with fellow employees, other departments, and the medical staff.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work at the main facility and/or the Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) as required by staffing needs.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper function and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner for all procedures performed.
  • Prioritize patient safety and comfort throughout the entire imaging process.

Requirements

Education

  • Graduation from an accredited Radiology Technology School is required.

Experience

  • One (1) year of CT experience is preferred.
  • Acute care experience is NOT required for the main facility role. (Acute care experience is often required for FSED roles, which can be discussed with the recruiter).

Certifications/Licenses

  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license is required.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) and (CT) registry is preferred.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and professionally across diverse departmental settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good rapport with medical staff and colleagues.
  • Technical proficiency in performing a high volume of procedures while maintaining quality.
