The Customer Account Representative will serve as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting account management activities that contribute to overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client accounts with professionalism and attention to detail
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through initial processes
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for improvement or growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates
