The Customer Care Consultant is primarily responsible for aiding patrons and patients, telephonically. The Customer Care Consultant conducts day-to-day customer phone support while adhering to company policy and industry regulations. The ideal candidate would be an individual seeking to focus on customer care in the cannabis industry.
