We are hiring Sr. CCE for International Inbound Tech Sales Voice Process for US shift.

Only Inbound Tech sales Process Opening is available.

Qualification Required: H.S Pass.

Must have minimum 6 months Experience in Outbound Tech Support Process are preferable, should know how to close calls.

Job Description: Taking inbound calls with computer issue from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Sellingtechnical support plan along with relevant software.
