We have a new role in our client services team, based in our Riga office. The Client Services Assistant will provide outstanding operational support to our clients: banks, payment service providers, and other financial institutions. This role will report to the Head of Client Services.
Requirements
Requirements for candidates
- 2+ years of experience with b2b client relationship / client support / similar
- 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services / Banking industry
- Proficient user of MS Office / Google Docs
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Languages: good command of English and Russian
What You'll Do
- Monitor, facilitate and troubleshoot client operations, including but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting verification of client representatives
- Adding new customers
- Dealing with incidents
- Assisting with pending transactions
- Requesting input from the Risk and Compliance Dept. for threshold change
- Act as point of contact for client inquiries, requests and complaints, including but not limited to:
- Answer client inquiries via clients@ and cases through the Internet banking platform (non-standard questions should be forwarded to the relevant CSM)
- Assisting with Internet banking platform requests (password reset/ MFA reset)
- Answering client questions related to transaction statuses (why pending/ why declined/ when was returned etc)

Act as a first line of defense concerning AML, FinCrime and sanction risk- and compliance-related issues

Assist with compliance requests, as instructed by CSMs

Log, resolve and escalate issues, as appropriate

Prepare reference letters

Collaborate with other Clear Junction department teams to address clients' needs and assure adherence to rules and guidelines
