Customer Service & Operations Administration Support

Contract Type: Full time (37.5 hours per week), temporary contract

Contract Term: Start ASAP for 2-3 months

Salary: €30,000 per annum

Day to day duties:

  • Triage shared inboxes and log/update customer queries in Activewhere
  • Support scheduling and admin for service jobs (appointments, updates, trackers, job sheets)
  • Handle general admin tasks (POs, invoices, data entry, report updates)
  • Help clear backlogs and keep records accurate and up to date

Requirements

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
