Customer Service & Operations Administration Support
Contract Type: Full time (37.5 hours per week), temporary contract
Contract Term: Start ASAP for 2-3 months
Salary: €30,000 per annum
Day to day duties:
- Triage shared inboxes and log/update customer queries in Activewhere
- Support scheduling and admin for service jobs (appointments, updates, trackers, job sheets)
- Handle general admin tasks (POs, invoices, data entry, report updates)
- Help clear backlogs and keep records accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
