Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our top pharmacy benefit management clients in Byfield, MA with a Temp-to-Hire possibility. This assignment will pay $13.00 per hour. As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Perform data entry and use software programs.
Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
Job Requirements:

High School Diploma/equivalent.
Previous experience desired, call center environment, solid interpersonal customer service and interaction.
Must be available between the hours of operation, need to be very flexible as shifts will be assigned to the contractor (need to be available 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00 AM -7:30 PM).
Must be available for 3 to 4 weeks of training (hours during training: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Must be able to process applications for enrollment, enter prescriptions, and be able to sit at a computer for a majority of the day.
Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.
Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management.
Ability to work with team metrics and meet/exceed them.
Terms of Assignment:

A minimum of a High School diploma/equivalent.
Temp-to-Perm possibility
