Your New Role

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, chat, and other communication channels

• Schedule appointments and assist customers with service-related questions

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Process payments and assist with account-related inquiries

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

• Communicate service updates, invoices, and other important information

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution

• Help create a positive customer experience from the first interaction through service completion

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, where permitted by applicable law

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required

• Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training
