About this role

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Clark. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution

Requirements

  • At least a College Graduate with or without BPO experience
  • Completed at least 1st year in college with 18 months of BPO experience
  • Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully on-site in Clark
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
