DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our client companies located in an industrial park near the Little Creek-Fort Story Base in Virginia Beach. In this position, you will act as the main contact for customers and their orders, offering assistance through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience, and providing support in the office whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and processes.
- Entering customer order data into the company's system and Excel.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer experience.
Schedule:
- The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with Fridays ending at 4 PM.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in office customer service, call center operations, or data entry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to follow instructions effectively and engage in critical thinking to solve problems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
- Fundamental computer skills proficiency, and a **50+ wpm typing speed **.

Benefits
The hourly pay ranges from $19/hr to $22/hr, based on the candidate's experience. Pay is weekly on Fridays.
