About this role

We are looking for CSRs to join a fast growing account in Pasig. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution

Requirements

  • College Graduates with or without BPO experience OR
  • At least a High School Graduate / SHS Graduate w/ 6 months of international BPO experience
  • Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully on-site in Pasig
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
