Zenchef is on an exciting growth journey. As we align our technologies and customer bases, we are looking for a proactive and customer-driven Customer Success Manager to lead customer engagement during this one-time platform shift. You will play a central role in ensuring a smooth migration experience, uncovering upsell opportunities, and driving product adoption post-migration.

As a Customer Onboarding team, we are responsible to deliver the promised value proposition to our clients during their onboarding process (for the upgrade project). Our goal is to deliver the best experience with our product and services for increased client’s satisfaction and adoption.

Be the Zenchef Guide: Lead customers through their Zenchef service upgrade with confidence and ease. You’ll be the go-to person making sure their transition is smooth and stress-free.
Be proactive : Actively guide customers throughout their migration journey.
Tailor the Experience: Craft unique onboarding journeys that perfectly fit the needs of each client. Think of yourself as a customer journey designer, optimizing every touchpoint to create a top-notch experience.

Master the Merger: Play a key role in our Upgrade project as we bring four companies together. Your mission? Make sure the migration process is as seamless as possible, and keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements

You have confirmed experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working with B2B clients, ideally in hospitality, retail, or POS/booking systems
Highly organized, proactive, and confident juggling multiple customer journeys at once
Comfort working cross-functionally with support, product, and operations teams
Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
