✅ Main Responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
  • Ensure satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers

✅ Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
