Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner (mainly via chat)
  • Providing explanations and clarifications regarding customer complaints
  • Monitoring financial markets and staying up to date with market developments
  • Updating and verifying client information in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with external XTB branches and internal departments

    • Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish and at least B2-level proficiency in English
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift system, including night shifts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and set priorities effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools

    • Nice to Have:

    • Previous experience in customer support
    • Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of XTB’s core business
