Customs Clearance Specialist

About the Role:

• Full-time contract
• Office-based
• work location: Dubai, Dubai Commer City

**Responsibilities **:

• Manage import and export customs clearance, including documentation and system submissions
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and maintain standardized processes
• Monitor bonded inventory and perform monthly reconciliation and analysis
• Confirm HS codes for products and materials
• Coordinate with customs authorities and stay updated on regulations
• Support inspections and audits and resolve customs-related issues

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai customs clearance, preferably in Free Zone operations
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs regulations and HS code classification
• Proficient in customs declaration processes and Dubai Trade systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• CCE or CTLP certification is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Immediately available preferred
