Responsibilities

This is an Operational role. This encompasses building and monitoring systems, including conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance, implementing configuration changes where required, and documenting all system-related activities.



Requirements

Essential

  • Have a good understanding of networking protocols and common services such as HTTP(s), DNS etc.
  • Have excellent troubleshooting skills and experience.
  • Good documentation skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Process-driven and Analytical.

Desirable

  • Have existing or Studying towards certifications Cybersecurity related.
  • Linux & Windows experience.
  • Experience Networking and routers/switches.
  • Have a passion for, or desire to learn or work in the cybersecurity field.
  • Familiar with SIEM platforms beneficial.
