Your role
- Review and categorize social media content based on internal guidelines
- Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards
- Make balanced and objective decisions to support a safe online community
- Help create a positive user experience for both individuals and businesses
- Apply content policies consistently and accurately
- Assist users via **chat, email or phone **(depending on project needs)
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines
Requirements
- **Fluent Danish **(spoken & written)
- Very good English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools and MS Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional judgment and the ability to separate personal opinions from policies
- Previous experience in content moderation, social media or customer support is a plus
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
