Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone to **Danish **-speaking clients.

  • Record and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and proficient in English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture.
