Your role
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email and chat
- Represent Mercedes-Benz with professionalism and brand care
- Respond to inquiries about products and services, offering expert guidance
- Handle customer issues efficiently and with a solution-oriented mindset
- Provide accurate and effective roadside assistance support
- Ensure a premium customer experience at every interaction
- Collaborate with colleagues and share ideas and best practices
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- **Fluent Danish **(spoken & written)
- Very good English
- Genuine interest in **cars and the automotive industry **(strong advantage)
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong problem-solving ability and sense of ownership
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- Positive, adaptable and open to relocating abroad
- Eager to learn and grow within an international environment
